York 10k

Represent Aphasia Support at one of Yorkshire’s most popular 10k events!

Starting on Knavesmire Road (near York Racecourse), you’ll join thousands of runners as you take in some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Clifford’s Tower and York Minster. This beautiful route is suited to runners of all abilities, and has an electric atmosphere from start to finish.

We kindly ask runners to raise a minimum of £180 in aid of Aphasia Support. Your fantastic fundraising efforts could pay for the provision of funding an Aphasia Café session leader to run a meeting at two of our nine locations across Yorkshire, bringing people together with shared experiences to access long-term support.

The minimum age to enter the York 10K is 15 years old on the day of the race. All Participants under the age of 18 years must obtain parental consent in order to register and participate.
